hi again, well talking about weight training i can say that its mother of all exercises. Why? because you can controll the stress which you provide to your body. So when you do that you are actually allowing your body to recover from the stress. And how do you do that? By controlling the weight which you use. In any other form this controll is not available. For example if you are doing yoga you are using your own body weight. You dont have controll over that. So you restrict yourself from doing certain exercises or asanas.
